This project involved the complete interior renovation of 3 storeys of a heritage building that dates to the 1960s. The result of the work brought a very modern appearance to building. We cut out sections of the existing exterior precast panels and inserted curtain wall units. A sprinkler system was installed through out the 7 floors of the building. High grade materials were used for the renovations of the offices and board rooms. A sophisticated lighting system was installed as part the energy conservation efforts. To finish the work, we built 2 multimedia conference rooms along with an atrium spanning the 5th and 6th floors. All the work successfully carried out while the remainder of the building was operational, occupied by the law faculty professors and students.
