CLIENT : BOEHRINGER INGELHEIM
We expanded the laboratory of the Boehringer Ingelheim Research Center in Laval. The project included a 75,000 square foot research building expansion, a BL3 containment laboratory, multiple containment laboratories, administrative offices, an audiovisual room, an atrium on the 6th floor and new mechanical rooms. Along with the building expansion, we built an underpinned service tunnel that would connect the extension of the existing mechanical room. This work was carried out in a heavy operations zone. The project was completed using a construction management format with a competent, qualified and well-structured team. All the projects met the set schedule, budget and quality, objectives. The results were acknowledged and appreciated by the client and the professionals.
