Between 1992 and 2005, we completed multiple construction management projects for Merck Frosst Canada in Kirkland, Quebec. Our projects included the construction of building No. 18, a new 237,000 square foot 5 story office building, the modernization of Phase I, II, and III, the packaging system modification, the renovations and expansion of multiple buildings, offices administrative complexes, research and development laboratories, production areas, climate and environment-controlled facilities. Kingston Byers inc carried out these projects on several contract platforms depending on the needs of each project. In general, the projects were separated into different lots for efficient management. As the majority were construction management projects, we worked with the client to establish a clear scope definition of, budget constraints, schedule and quality. We put in place well-defined implementation plans with the roles and responsibilities of all the stakeholders made to measure for the project performance and not just for budget, schedule and quality considerations.

Our well served client has retained us for a total of over $ 240 million in construction management projects.
